台式醃蘿蔔

白蘿蔔(小型的)兩條
白醋200cc
白砂糖(請依照個人甜度喔)三大匙
辣椒(不吃辣可免)兩條
鹽兩大匙

1 先將蘿蔔洗淨(免去皮喔)切條狀

2 放入盆子裡加入兩大匙的鹽拌勻(並且用重物壓著)

3 約1個鐘頭後,蘿蔔出辛澀水後將它倒掉,
再用冷開水稍微沖一下(瀝乾)

4 加入白醋,砂糖,辣椒(不吃辣可免加)拌勻

5 裝入已經消毒過的玻璃瓶內

6 鎖緊瓶蓋放兩天....再放入冰箱慢慢吃!
